What services do you offer?

We provide ghostwriting services for business professionals and thought leaders, video scripts for video sales letters, sales funnel development and implementation, marketing consulting, and direct response copywriting. These copywriting deliverables include lead magnets, autoresponder email sequences, landing page copy, upsell/sales page copy, and information product strategy and creation.

Do you offer services for companies outside of the U.S.?

Yes! Even though our team in based in the United States, we have helped numerous companies located in countries such as Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Scotland, and Australia.

Do you only do one-time projects or can we hire you to do work on retainer?

We have the capacity to work with you on either one-time projects or an ongoing basis for long-term projects. Our services can easily be adapted to your specific marketing needs, and that can be determined in our marketing strategy session. However, you will likely find more value by hiring us for long-term projects.

If we hire you for a marketing consulting session, do we have to use you for copywriting services?

No. Although we prefer to develop long-term relationships with all of our clients, you are not obligated to hire us for our copywriting services. After we meet for a marketing strategy consultation session, you will have a blueprint for how your marketing campaigns should look. You can either create those campaigns in-house, outsource them, or hire us to do them for you.

How do I contact you if I need ghostwriting or copywriting services? When are you available?

We are available Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, MST. The best way to reach us is by filling out the contact form on our site. We always respond to requests within 1 business day.

Fees & Terms

What do you charge for your ghostwriting and copywriting services?

Since no two projects are alike, we don’t price your projects until we discover exactly what your needs are. Our quotes are a set flat fee, not an hourly rate. This helps to avoid any last minute surprises. Please contact us for a consultation.

What are your terms for copywriting projects?

An initial 50% deposit is required once a fee agreement is signed by our clients and before any work starts. The balance is due once the copy is completed. Once you’ve done business with us, we require payment in full when the first draft of copy is submitted to you. We also include two revisions free of charge within the first 30 days after delivery of the copy.

If we are performing ongoing consulting services for your business, our fee is due the first of every month. We also offer payment plans for larger projects.

What do your fees include?

Our copywriting fees include the cost to write the content for your project and two free revisions within 30 days of your receipt of the original copy as long as the scope of the project has not changed.

For our consulting strategy clients, our fees include ongoing access to our services during normal business hours, including meetings, phone conferences, and training, if applicable. The specific terms will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.

Do you offer free revisions?

Yes. For every copywriting project, we offer two free revisions within 30 days of delivery of the first draft as long as the scope of the project hasn’t changed. These are rarely needed, and we work hard to ensure that your copy matches your expectations.

What are your terms for ghostwriting projects?

We offer multiple options for clients who hire us to write their book. Once a price has been determined after our initial free consultation, clients can pay us in full upfront, split the payment with half being due upfront and the other half at a mutually determined milestone, or they can pay us a portion upfront and then pay the remainder over 4 months with a small administrative fee added. All meetings, revisions and proofreading services are included in the price.

What qualifications does your staff have as copywriters?

Our U.S.-based team has been writing corporate communications for over 7 years as both employees of major businesses and as self-employed freelance copywriters. In those 7 years, we have been responsible for writing everything from employee procedures to sales letters to website content.

All of us have completed multiple courses by American Writers and Artists, Inc. (AWAI), the world’s leading provider of copywriting training programs. All of our team has also received the distinction of being a Dan Kennedy Certified Copywriter for Info-Marketers*.

We also continue to study current marketing trends and follow the top experts in the industry including: Dan Kennedy, Bob Bly, Ryan Deiss, and Jeff Walker.

*The Dan Kennedy Copywriter for Info-Marketers Certification is awarded to professional copywriters who have successfully completed a course of study of preparation for such copywriting.
